The audit report confirms that the quality management system and processes implemented for provision of services fully comply with the requirements of the aforementioned international standard.

Intercomp quality management system (QMS) has been introduced in all offices of the company in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan and has been audited every year since 2014.

We need QMS certification to fulfill our contractual obligations to clients. This also confers us a competitive edge when we bid for tenders or negotiate with potential clients, and most importantly, such certification also confers clear and measurable criteria for assessing the effectiveness of management in the company.

“The fundamental pillar in QMS is risk management, and this process cannot be formal. A working system assures that written rules and regulations are observed, plans for QMS development made and supported, predominantly at management level. And this, in my opinion, is a guarantee that the company has a “strategic line” and that the company is completely “customer-focused””, comments Andrey Kozlov, Organizational Development and Quality Director at Intercomp.

Our external corporate auditor is the international company AFNOR Certification, which is one of the five world leading standardization and certification bodies. The certificates issued by AFNOR enjoy worldwide recognition.
