The move illustrates the company’s ambition and expertise in providing international payroll services in ever more countries. Intercomp is already delivering services to more than 500 clients (mostly Fortune 500) varying in size from 1 to 14,000 employees across 34 countries . Clients from all industry segments have relied on Intercomp since 1994 for standardized multi-country payroll services. In case of Oman Intercomp is already processing payroll in-house, and it’s legislation knowledge base for the country is complied for the most important areas of payroll. Intercomp will not need to take on a payroll vendor as it has the ability to manage all payroll calculations and adhere to local payroll-related rules. With Oman, Intercomp’s payroll portfolio in the Middle East will soon be fully complete.
Next country where Intercomp starts delivering fully managed payroll services is Brazil. South America is a growth market for many Intercomp clients and company follows and helps them with sophisticated centralized payroll services. Expansion to new countries of South America with payroll delivery capabilities is expected soon.
