History

Clients from all industries have relied on Intercomp Global Services since 1994 for standardized multi-country payroll services. Delivering to over 500 clients (mostly Fortune 1000) varying from 1 to 14,000 employees across 25 countries and growing. We bring peace of mind, efficiency and cost savings to our clients with our centralized payroll model and platform.

1994
Intercomp Global Services was founded in Houston, Texas, USA.
At the same year company established office in Moscow and started delivering payroll, HR administration and accounting services in Russia. Intercomp was the first service provider for payroll and accounting functions outsourcing in CIS region and since then is taking leading positions in this market.

1998
Company was recognized as a market leader in CIS by leading consulting and advice firms.
At that moment more than a 50% of the Fortune 500 Clients that were present in CIS became Intercomp Clients. In 1998 Intercomp followed it’s Clients and expanded its proprietary platform moving into Central and Eastern Europe.

2005
Intercomp begins delivering international payroll services in EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) region through managing local vendors therefore utilizing vendor management solution.

2007
Intercomp establishes its international operations service center in Budapest.
Intercomp begins delivering international payroll in EMEA region using proprietary technology platform based in Budapest. Unique proprietary software and technology combined with use of a delivery centre help Intercomp to take leading positions in international payroll service delivery in EMEA region.

Now Intercomp Global Services is a company that developed and runs its own proprietary payroll software.
Company’s centralized operations center brings true consistency in global service delivery. Intercomp offers a single contract, single SLA, single interface and single point of contact with tools that all contribute to harmonized payroll across multiple locations leading to a better bottom line.
