Key differentiator of our company is that Intercomp Global Services is a payroll expert company, processing payroll mainly in-house. Our service delivery model is based on shared services centers where we concentrate experienced specialist knowledgeable of different legislations and payroll. This model allows us to build effective service delivery processes, optimize cost and concentrate our knowledge in one place.

Intercomp provides services to different company’s entities, starting from the relatively simple office payrolls to rotation crews in harsh northern conditions and to industrial plants in Siberia with thousands of employees and continuous five-shift work schedules. We also provide services in such sectors as banking and finance, FMCG, telecoms and high tech, industrial and Government (US). Practically we can provide our services to any industry.

Intercomp has 2 delivery centers – one in Budapest and one in Ryazan, Russia. We deliver services to EMEA locations from our service center in Budapest. Ryazan is a center for service delivery to CIS(Commonwealth of Independent States).

Since 2009 Intercomp is headquartered in Budapest. Previously our headquarters was in Houston, Texas.

Payroll related questions

All the information we receive from Clients is processed centrally in our Geneva Data Centre. Encrypted tape backups are stored at the data centre in a physically separated and water/fireproofed area from the servers. For disaster recovery purposes we store a daily copy of the production data at our service centre in Budapest, Hungary. The data is encrypted and transferred via our internal VPN based network. Our Budapest facility is a secure and 24/7 monitored location and the backup data is held on a limited access server. Intercomp is SAS 70 type 2 compliant. We also have disaster recovery plan in place and security and business continuity plans.

Intercomp Global Services provides service to clients with employee population starting from 1 up to 14.000 employees. We are ready to serve your small legal entity with 5 employees in Macedonia and will take care of your headquarters with thousands of employees in Switzerland. Moreover due to our unique service delivery and pricing model we will offer you a single pricing for all of your locations.

It mainly depends on the size of business and level of payroll complication. Standard on boarding time is 2-3 months, however it might come to 1 month for a small legal entities and up to 6 months for large corporations.
